Experienced, Compassionate, and Child-Focused Care

Kimberly Nemec is a licensed child therapist with over 12 years of experience supporting children and adolescents ages 4–17. She specializes in helping children navigate anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation difficulties, and behavioral challenges through compassionate, evidence-based therapy.

Kimberly has specialized training in TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and utilizes developmentally appropriate therapeutic approaches tailored to each child’s individual strengths, personality, and needs.

Her goal is to create a therapeutic space where children feel safe, understood, and empowered to express themselves openly. Through trust, encouragement, and skill-building, Kimberly helps children develop healthier coping strategies and greater emotional confidence.
